Tom Kang is leading the turn around of a traditional Korean-American church. His biggest question was “how do non-Korean unchurched guests feel when they visit New Story Church?”
So… we sent one over!
His name was Matt and he is a single 35 year old white male with a bachelors from UNC. He loves art, photography and playing basketball. He grew up Roman Catholic but really only went to church on holidays.
Tom a had few specific things he really wanted to know so we added those to our +70 question interview. We took that interview we created custom report using quotes and photos from the visit and focused on how Matt felt throughout their experience.
Here is how Matt ended the interview…
